Sprayground offers a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging with all hangtags attached. Please note that all sales on limited edition collaborations and discounted items are final.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and ensure all original tags and accessories are included inside.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
